The Florida Association of Hispanic Journalists (FAHJ) and the International Press Club of Miami presented a diploma of recognition to Ambassador Juan Miguel Gutierrez Tinoco, Consul of Mexico on the occasion of the end of his mission in Florida and for his efforts in promoting and defending the Hispanic values in the United States.
